Weston assisted me with my appeal to the local El Paso county Assessor's office regarding my 2023 home property valuation. He did this for free even though I offered to pay him for this service. He put together a list of about 5 properties that were sold in my neighborhood during the valuation period along with even more details about the features of each property! I was then able to use that information to prove that my home was nowhere near the value that the county was trying to say it was just so they could tax me more!! Weston did not have to do all this for me for free, but he did it anyway!

Weston was a wonderful realtor for us. This is our third time buying and even though we had some experience, we still had plenty of questions and needed some guidance.
